Are you at risk for osteoporosis? Ask your physician about bone density testing if any of these risk factors apply to you:

Menopausal or over age 50
Family history
Cigarette smoker
Poor diet or lack or exercise
Steroid or thyroid medication
Loss of height
Bone fracture
