So far, I really like AWOG. I’ve only been a patient here for a month, but everyone is so warm and friendly, from the people who answer the phones, to the front desk check-in, the phlebotomist, the MAs, ultrasound techs, and doctors - noting I’ve only seen Alice Hood, so that’s my experience. The clinic is laid out very well and ambience is cozy and inviting. I can update more when I have more visits, but so far I recommend them! It is within the Piedmont complex. They do not validate parking but honestly, if you want free parking, park a street down in the neighborhood and walk over for free. Update: I’ve delivered my baby with AWOG (Dr. Biggs delivered). I’ve truly enjoyed the entire experience with AWOG. They are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them. The birth team was excellent. Dr. Biggs kept us informed throughout the entire process and did an excellent job delivering our baby boy.

I used to see Dr. Siegel before she retired (congratulations!) and I really liked her. They managed my pregnancy and the delivery of my baby recently, and they were great. I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and they were nothing but courteous and professional about it which I appreciated, and the way I was treated set me up to successfully lose weight postpartum without shame. Dr. Reed delivered my baby and I still cannot believe how easy she made it for me, it is always going to be such a special memory. I had a new Paragard inserted recently and it was tough but everyone was very supportive. All in all, this is a really good practice with a beautiful and relaxing office and very competent and kind staff.

Sara was excellent during our OB nurse visit! She took the time to patiently listen to our concerns and answered all of our many questions as first-time parents. She helped ease a lot of our worries about delivery.

Ooommmmggg Dr. HOOD has been my Dr. since she saved my life in the ER, my review is for the Office Manager Stacy. She is awesome. Due to some unfortunate health news, I was unable to retain all the information for upcoming appointments and Stacy was kind enough to stay on the phone with me and pull up my MyChart and help me gather all of the needed information for my upcoming appointments. It took us awhile to find it without her transferring me to Dr. Hoods nurse or a MA but my God we got there. I was able to get all of the needed information. She was compassionate, patient, willing, and made the time to help me. Customer Service was stellar. Ooooohhhh how refreshing this was especially when facing some of life's most complicated health situations. God's blessings upon you Stacy and this is the reason I have continued with AWOG. Dr. Hood is also the best ever.

Pachon and Dr. Biggs are a great team. They both are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They both take the time to inquire about my concerns and make me feel very comfortable each time I visit the office. Pachon is also an excellent Phlebotomist and makes me feel at ease when drawing my bloodwork. I’ve been a patient for almost three years now and wish I would have transferred to the practice sooner!

I am in my third trimester with my first baby. Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything I need to know pre-birth and during birth. It put me at ease!
